Exploring abandoned places in big cities faces you with different problems and dangers than usually. I had been postponing a visit to the St. Elisabeth Hospital for that reason until I heard that the hospital was to be renovated and converted into apartments very soon ...

This huge hospital is located in Brussels, it has been empty for years and there are dozens of ways to enter. Inside nothing original remains, this building has been brainwashed, everything has been vandalized and smashed, all the walls (yes, all of them) have graffiti.

This place has character and beauty, but when walking through the endless corridors, visiting the hundreds of empty rooms and climbing the dangerous stairways I started wondering where the house-Gods were hiding ? ... if they hadn't left already ...
