Friday March 30th, at 19:30, abandoned places photo exhibition

Urban explorers, photo enthousiasts and friends are welcome to join in on the opening-evening of the photo exhibition at the MIAT museum in Ghent.

On the same occasion the "abandoned places" book will be presented.

If you've enjoyed the exhibition in Leuven, you'll discover another extraordinary location : an old textile factory that was converted into a museum : the Museum of Industrial Archaeology and Textile (MIAT) in Ghent.

100 photos will be on show, all of them somehow connected to industrial archaeology.

The exhibition will be open to the public from the next day on.

Careful :there are some important roadworks in Ghent (which will drive you nuts), so download this map. If you approach Ghent from the South, your best bet is to drive to the Dampoort trainstation and go straight to the Vrijdagmarkt Parking. Walk from there.
